That is really cool. I read Palin's book and part of what I liked most was having insight into living in Alaska. This is the closest I will get to a moose. My best friend named one of her two new lab pups "Moose."

When I went on a camping trip in Jasper we had moose wander through the camp site during the night.  They are huge and certainly not something to want to mess with.  Sorry your spring is delayed aa bit longer.

Thanks for sharing. The moose would have felt right at home in Maryland this winter.

This winter sure seems to have lasted longer than most. Cabin fever seems to be rampant! Nice photos.

Debra, this Moose looks right at home in the snow. Hopefully, it will be the last snow this year for you before Spring. Nice Photos.

Neat shots, Debra :) I couldn't imagine seeing a moose on a daily basis!

The outdoor life is nice on the warmer sunnier days...  Poor moose...  Thanks for sharing

Debra,

Wow!   Those are some interesting photos with lots of that white powdery stuff!   There is nothing to detract a hungry moose from eating.   May both you and the moose hang in there!  No longer how long winter is, spring is sure to follow.   :)

Hi Debra...........if it makes you feel any better it was really, really cold in Florida this year ;-)  While we didn't get snow in Central Florida, they did get some in North Florida.  We were actually in the teens one night here.

You might not have enjoyed the extra snow but the photos are terrific and that's a moose with a silver lining.  Hang in...........spring is on the way.
