I was up East Hill road today in Homer Alaska
Listing a home..... a really beautiful home...Great View

Taking pictures of the home and I heard some bird noises
Thought they must have a pretty big bird in a cage somewhere...
Opened the back door and found this in the tree...

Man you guys have some beautiful scenery up there.
Debra, great views! The wildlife is wonderful too!
Thanks Douglas and Tony & Darcy... it was not a sunny day but it was pretty up the hill!
Debra, wow, how beautiful. I think the cold is a fair trade off for the spectacular eye candy you have up there. Just breathtaking!
Wow, That was really a nice shot of the eagle. I have never seen one. Pretty Neat.
Debra - Maybe you should become the new Eagle Lady? LOL Beautiful photos!
Debi
Thank you everyone...Andrea... this year is so beautiful and rather mild... so it has been great.
Diane maybe you should come up... they are everywhere...you can see one close and personal...
Debi... NO way could I ever take that title... she will forever be the onl Eagle Lady!
Debra - wow what fantastic pictures. The eagle is amazing. I would love to come and visit and see the beauty of your state!
I am offiicially addicted (and subscribed) to your blog, selecting a new background for my computer almost every day. Keep taking the pictures for this old Alaskan Debra. They bring me great joy!
Debra,
Now that is a rare occurence to be able to photograph an eagle and a moose on the same day. I have been to Yellowstone National park and have gotten a photo of one or the other but not both on the same day. Great shots and selling features!
Thank you Sharon... feel free to come on up!
Vic you made my day... thanks so much and I will keep the pictures coming!
Gerry ...even here you dont see this every day... they were within 15 ft of each other! thanks
Wow! What gorgeous photos! Is that a relatively young moose, or am I seeing things? S/he looks a bit smaller than some...
YOu are gith she is young... pretty small....
