My guess is that this is a view of the volcano land on the bluff of Cook Inlet? It IS lovely...I suppose you could guess everyday what the landscape would be surprising you with...so many layers and textures to keep turning your view, like a kaleidescope.

thank goodness we are only looking at the volcano not living under it... and even when we have been ashed it hasn't been too bad.. but they are beautiful to watch from across the inlet!  gorgeous stuff! thanks for checking it out!
