Dr. John Morton, Supervisory Biologist at the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge
has spent over 22 years with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, including several refuges besides the Kenai, and with Ecological Services in the Chesapeake Bay Field Office and the Pacific Islands Field Office.
Dr. Morton has also been involved with climate change issues since 2007, and is involved locally in the Kenai Peninsula Cooperative Weed Management Area, Interagency Brown Bear Study Team, and Kenai Peninsula College Advisory Council
