Kachemak Heritage Land Trust is Alaska's first land trust.
KHLT has helped to preserve forest, wetlands and riverfront, recreational areas, historic and cultural sites, and urban natural areas on the Kenai Peninsula through donations of land and conservation easements.
KHLT is primarily supported by individuals, foundations, corporations, and businesses who believe that the protection of natural land is important if we are to retain the quality of life and economic base that make the Kenai Peninsula so attractive for residents and visitors.
You can donate land, money time or labor... they do very good work and we are better for their work.
