The Parade is at Noon... and the Judging station will be at Bay Realty! We love a good Parade... You never know what the Winter Carnival will bring... fire trucks, horses, dogs and some Homer Characters... we know we can count on them to all be there... The Ice Racers will be on Beluga Lake Sat at one...
