Anne Frank... I remember reading her diary and how much it touched my soul and in many ways made me grateful for the life I had and the freedom we enjoy in America.
They have released a 20 second film showing the real Anne Frank leaning out a 2 story building to watch her neighbor leave the apartment next door with her groom to be. You can see her only briefly but it is really something that you can get a look at the young girl who wrote such a compelling account of her life in her diary.... A diary of a young girl should never have to be as sad and frightening as Anne Franks. And even thru the terror and hiding...she hung onto the innocence and the hope of a young girl with promise.
It has been a very long time since I read her diary.... To see her in this film if only for a moment brings back her words, her laughter and her senseless death...
